Inna Kogan, M. Mus (Dist); B.Mus. (perf) 1st Class Hons; B.Mus. Ed, QMTA Councillor/Mentor; AMEB examiner

Inna grew up in the USSR and participated in public performances since a very young age. At the age of 12, she won the State Shostakovich Competition and was given the opportunity to perform a concerto with the State Philharmonic orchestra. At 17, Inna moved to Israel with her family, where she completed her Bachelor Degree in performance with 1st Class Honours and a Masters Degree with Distinction in performance and teaching. Inna moved to Australia in 1986 and established her own music school with her own “accelerated learning” method. Many of Inna’s students have been awarded AMUSA diplomas between the ages of 12-13 and LMUSA and ATCL Diplomas before completing High School. Inna is a sought-after adjudicator, motivational speaker and mentor to both students and teachers across Queensland.
